3-DAY REMIX

WHAT STORY CAN YOU CAPTURE IN 3 DAYS?

REMIX is an intensive 3-day media-making workshop that takes place in one city.

REMIX immerses participants in human-centered storytelling— a methodology where mindfulness, peaceful dialogue and design thinking are essential parts of the process.  REMIX empowers emerging leaders, changemakers and creatives in Southeast Asia and transform them into mindful and effective leaders.

During the three days of REMIX, you and your teammates will hit the streets to film everyday stories. You will plan, shoot and edit powerful mini-docs using human-centered storytelling—a methodology where mindfulness, peaceful dialogue and design thinking are essential parts of the process. You will learn skills in conceptualizing a story, interviewing, filming, editing, and team building.

Your teammates will be of local and foreign origins, from a wide range of professional and personal backgrounds. You will quickly learn how to work together efficiently and effectively.

You will walk away having produced a powerful short documentary piece that showcases everyday human stories.
